Due to the time, products, and expertise invested in every service, we do not offer refunds. If you have any concerns with your service, please contact us within 2 weeks of your original appointment. We'll be happy to evaluate the issue and, if needed, make the necessary adjustments at no additional charge.

Cancellation Policy
Act 1 Salon & Spa charges a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
